At Morna Mart, we value your trust and are committed to delivering only sealed, hygienic, and quality products.
Because our silicone-based personal wellness products are intimate-use items, we maintain a strict no-return policy once the package has been opened.


1. No Returns on Used or Opened Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for any opened, used, or unsealed items.
This helps ensure every customer receives a fresh, untouched product.


2. Exchange Policy (Defective / Wrong Product)

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a defective or damaged item.

  • You received the wrong size or model.

  • You received an incorrect product.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.

  • Keep the original packaging and invoice.

  • Contact us at support@mornamart.com or +91 7302873500 with photos/videos showing the issue.

Once your request is verified, we will send you exchange instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).


3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Opened or used items.

  • Items without original packaging.

  • Products returned without prior communication.


4. Refunds

Refunds are only processed if:

  • The product is out of stock for exchange, or

  • The issue cannot be resolved through replacement.

Refunds (if approved) will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
